At Book My Holidays, Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that your travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. However, we understand that plans may change, and in such cases, our cancellation and refund policy provides clarity on how we handle cancellations and refunds.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as flights, hotels, and visa fees, and any booking made under promotional offers, are strictly non-refundable. Once these services are booked and confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. We recommend carefully reviewing all terms and conditions associated with promotional offers and non-refundable services before confirming your booking.
Refundable Services
For services that are not categorized as non-refundable, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- 100% Refund: If you cancel your booking 28 days or more before the start of your journey, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.
- 50% Refund: If you cancel your booking 14 days or more but less than 28 days before the journey, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the journey are not eligible for any refund.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your booking, please contact us at info@bookmyholidays.com team via email or phone as soon as possible. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed based on the date of receipt. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
Modifications
In the case that you wish to modify your booking rather than cancel, any changes to services (such as flight or hotel modifications) will be subject to the availability and terms of the respective service providers. Additional charges may apply for changes made after booking.
